In short

  • Your workspace agreement sets the price, modules, allowances and billing interval.
  • The workspace and creator agree the brief, fee and content rights. CreatorConsole provides the workflow.
  • Public metrics and Discovery results can be incomplete or delayed. Campaign outcomes are not guaranteed.
  • Keep accounts and access links secure, and only use information you are authorised to process.

01About this agreement

CreatorConsole is creator campaign software operated by DAPS Holdings Ltd. These terms apply to our website, workspaces, creator links, Discovery and campaign reports.

If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you must have authority to act for it. A workspace subscription is subject to its accepted quote, order or service agreement as well as these terms. Specific commercial terms in that agreement take priority if they conflict with these general terms.

Questions about the service or this agreement can be sent to support@creatorconsole.co.

02What the service provides

CreatorConsole helps teams track public campaign posts, measure creator performance and share client reports. Depending on the workspace agreement, it can also provide sound and hashtag tracking, creator records, offers, submission review, payout records and TikTok creator research.

Access depends on the workspace's enabled modules and agreed allowances. Buying access to the software does not by itself include managed campaign delivery, creator fees, guaranteed creator availability or a commitment that we will arrange payments on your behalf.

Demonstration reports, sample creators and example metrics are illustrative. They are not a promise of the results your campaign will achieve.

03Accounts and workspace access

You can create a Starter or Growth workspace through self-serve sign-up or join a workspace by invitation. Keep account information accurate, use your own credentials and do not share a login. Invite team members through the workspace's access controls and remove access when it is no longer needed.

Workspace administrators are responsible for the permissions they grant and the instructions they give through the service. You must have the legal capacity, or appropriate authorisation, to enter any agreement you accept.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address an account compromise, unlawful activity, material misuse or an unresolved billing issue. Tell us promptly if you suspect a security problem.

04Prices, billing and allowances

Your workspace agreement identifies its price, currency, billing interval, included modules and allowances. Public pricing is a guide to the available plans; your accepted order governs the subscription you purchase. Creator fees and external payout-provider charges are separate unless expressly included.

Card-billed subscriptions renew on their agreed monthly or annual interval until cancelled. Manual invoices follow the payment terms agreed for that workspace. An annual monthly-equivalent price is a comparison figure; the agreed annual total is billed annually.

No VAT is currently charged. If our tax treatment changes, any applicable tax and revised charge will be disclosed before it is applied to your billing.

Allowances can apply to tracked posts, team seats, creator contacts, Discovery searches and profile analyses. Limits and reset periods are shown in the workspace agreement or usage view. You must not bypass an agreed limit.

Plan or allowance changes must be agreed before they take effect. A failed or overdue payment may pause access or fresh metric collection; it does not guarantee that previously recorded metrics are removed.

05Cancellation and closure

Use the billing portal where available, or contact billing@creatorconsole.co, to arrange cancellation before the next renewal. The applicable notice period, end date, refund or credit position is governed by your workspace agreement and applicable law. Cancellation and deleting an account are different actions.

Export or request copies of records you need before closing a workspace. Access links, reports and metric updates may stop when service access ends. Data retention and deletion are addressed in the privacy policy and any applicable data-processing agreement; cancellation does not itself promise immediate deletion of all records.

06Free trial

Eligible new customers can start one 14-day Starter or Growth trial. A valid payment card is required at checkout. The trial begins when Stripe confirms the subscription, with no subscription charge during the free trial. The trial includes 1 active campaign and 25 simultaneously tracked posts, plus reporting and the selected plan’s team seats. Creator management is included at no extra cost. You can use a tracking-only layout instead. A custom report domain is included with Growth.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to the monthly agreement displayed at checkout, and renews monthly until cancelled. The first payment is taken at the end of the trial. We send a reminder before it ends; you remain responsible for cancelling on time even if the email is not received.

You can cancel in the workspace's Stripe billing portal before the end date shown on the billing page, or contact billing@creatorconsole.co before that date. Choosing “Start plan now” with the immediate-charge confirmation ends the free trial and starts paid billing immediately.

Only one trial is available per customer. Creating additional accounts or workspaces to obtain repeated trials or bypass the limits is not permitted. If the trial is cancelled or payment is not completed, workspace access and fresh metric collection pause. Your existing data is kept subject to our privacy policy and any applicable retention agreement; cancellation does not delete your account or workspace.

07Creator offers, submissions and payments

Offers are made by the relevant workspace. The brief, fee, currency, deadline, deliverables and usage rights should be agreed between that organisation and the creator. CreatorConsole supplies the workflow; it is not automatically a party to the creator's engagement or a guarantor of payment.

A creator can answer an offer, submit public posts and provide payment preferences through a private link without creating an account. A workspace can record an answer or enter information on a creator's behalf only with appropriate authority, and must record it accurately.

Submit only content you created or are authorised to provide. The workspace decides whether submissions meet its brief and appear in its client report. Approval in the software does not override the parties' separate payment or rights agreement.

The workspace is responsible for checking the payee, making the agreed payment and recording its status correctly. A status marked paid is a record, not independent proof that funds reached a bank account. Payment-provider terms apply to transfers. Do not put bank account details into briefs, messages or other fields as a workaround.

Creator access links are confidential and expire. If a link is exposed, stop using it and ask the workspace for a replacement.

08Tracking and client reports

Reports rely on submitted URLs, public platform data, third-party providers and stored metric snapshots. Updates can be delayed, sampled, corrected or unavailable. Shares, saves, profile region and other fields are only shown where a source provides them. Sound and hashtag totals describe platform usage and are not necessarily attributable to your paid campaign.

Collection follows the workspace's tracking windows, permissions and service status. A paused sync can leave the last collected figures visible. We do not guarantee uninterrupted collection, every metric for every platform, or a complete history before tracking began.

A client report can open without a login for anyone holding its valid link. You are responsible for deciding what to share and with whom. Disabling or regenerating a link does not revoke PDFs, screenshots or other copies already obtained.

Creator fees and private contact or payment information do not belong in the client-facing report. Check campaign titles, captions and other supplied text before sharing so they do not disclose information you intended to keep private.

09Historical Discovery results

Discovery is no longer offered. Any previously supplied results were a research tool for public TikTok content. Results are not an exhaustive list of relevant creators, an identity check, proof of residence, a guarantee of recent performance or permission to contact someone. Promotion and contact indicators are derived from public information and may be wrong or out of date.

Use your own judgement before shortlisting or contacting a creator. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, direct-marketing and platform rules, including respecting objections and withdrawal of permission. Do not use Discovery for harassment, unlawful profiling, bulk spam or attempts to reconstruct suppressed records.

Report a materially incorrect result or a removal request to privacy@creatorconsole.co. We may remove or suppress public records, which can also change existing search results or shortlists.

10Your information and acceptable use

You are responsible for accurate campaign information, the rights to supplied assets and content, lawful processing of creator information, and required advertising disclosures or permissions. Where you act as a controller, you must provide the relevant privacy information and a lawful basis for the data you enter or instruct us to process.

  • Do not upload unlawful, misleading, infringing or unnecessarily sensitive information.
  • Do not share another person's private creator link or use an account you are not authorised to access.
  • Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, evade limits or extract other workspaces' information.
  • Do not use the service to breach social-platform rules or send unlawful communications.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle data. Where we process personal data on a customer's instructions, any applicable data-processing agreement also governs that relationship.

11Ownership and permissions

CreatorConsole's software, interface, branding and original materials belong to us or our licensors. Your subscription provides access to use the service within the agreed scope; it does not transfer ownership of the platform.

Your organisation and creators retain their rights in supplied materials. You grant us the permissions needed to host, process and display those materials to provide the requested service and reports. Do not supply content unless you can grant those permissions.

Adding a public post to a report does not give anyone a separate right to reuse the creator's content in advertising, repost it or license its music. Those rights must be agreed with the relevant rights holders.

12Availability and third parties

We aim to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, security work, platform restrictions and provider outages can affect availability. Features or provider connections may change when necessary to maintain the service. Any specific service-level commitment must be agreed in writing.

Social platforms, payment providers and other linked services have their own terms. We do not control their decisions, algorithms, account restrictions or removal of content. We will exercise reasonable care in the service we provide; third-party dependency does not remove our responsibilities under applicable law.

We do not guarantee views, engagement, streams, sales, followers, creator acceptance or revenue. Metrics help assess a campaign; they do not promise its outcome.

13Liability and legal rights

We provide our service with reasonable care and skill. For business customers, and where legally permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Any further allocation or cap on liability must be set out in your applicable service agreement.

Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing removes mandatory consumer rights where they apply.

14Changes and notices

We may update these terms as the service or law changes. The date above identifies this version. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be notified appropriately; changing this page does not by itself rewrite an agreed price or the commercial terms of an existing order.

Keep your billing and account email addresses current so you can receive service and contractual notices. For creator engagements, the workspace should separately notify creators of changes to their agreed brief or fee.

15Contact and governing law

Contact support@creatorconsole.co with a service complaint or question. Include the workspace name and enough detail to help us investigate, without sending passwords or private access tokens.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory law gives you additional rights or another permitted forum.
